Proposition
|
Our typical collaborative project has one highly experienced
US manager ($4,000 monthly retainer, 40+ hrs/mnth) remotely
managing a team of 2-5 full-time engineers.
At our state-of-art international development site,
additional (non-billed) managerial oversight and support
services further ensure quality of service.

Collaborative Project Management
|
This
is a proven collaborative project management technique
for international development. It is a process with which
we have significant experience. The local manager is also
constantly in contact with our client, developing and
refining specifications, reviewing progress, installing
and/or implementing on-site, etc.
The local manager has full technical responsibility and
accountability. |
The
net result is low-risk software development, at a
hybrid US/off-shore price.
This
cost is substantially lower than competing domestic
consulting. Moreover, it is substantially lower even
than in-house development. The
table below contrasts monthly costs for a typical
small project.
