Artour
Baganov brings more than twelve years of successful operations,
finance, and advisory experience in the technology businesses and
a variety of other economic sectors to his clients and fellow Directors.
He has broad experience in various technologies, business models,
negotiation, due diligence, investment valuation, financial analysis,
outsourcing strategy, general and financial management. He is a
proven high-tech entrepreneur with a reputation for astute business
foresight in all aspects of the marketplace.
Mr.
Baganov is currently Managing Director of Baganov International
Group - an international consulting and private equity catalyst
focused on emerging companies in Internet, security, telecommunications,
software, wireless and e-commerce. He brings his clients substantial
experience in due diligence, capital formation, technology, mergers,
acquisitions, fund raising, and business development strategies.
He
is a founding member (1997) and an executive board member (present)
of the Alliance of Angels (a group of over 100 accredited
investors and representatives of investment corporations interested
in financing technology startups). In this capacity, Mr. Baganov
nurtures the relationships between emerging technology based businesses
and potential investors (VCs, investment banks, and angel investors)
to insure orderly funding of promising new business ventures. In
addition, he provides his due diligence abilities, investment knowledge
and analytical skills for the benefits of young promising companies.
From
1994 to present, Mr. Baganov has served on the Boards of seventeen
companies and organizations including The Greater Seattle Chamber
of Commerce, interGlobe Networks, SeattleOnline, American United
Global, Express Technologies, Inc., NetAmerica, Venture Foundry,
Inc., Escapia, Webworks and Scale Out Software. Responsibilities
include : business formation and launch, raising capital, executive
team formation, business planning, evaluation of new business opportunities,
mergers and acquisitions, major transactions, PPM and contract negotiations,
including due diligence.
Between
1996 and 2002 he was a founding Council Member for the Technology
Alliance of Washington (founded in 1996 as a statewide consortium
of technology-based businesses, Washington's leading research institutions,
and high tech trade associations). He served on the Expert Panel
to review the City of Seattle’s Information Technology Agenda.
He was a part of the Review Panel (Northwest Regional Technology
Applications Review) for the National Technology Transfer Center
and Missile Defense Agency/Department of Defense.
From
1994 to 1998 he was co-founder and CEO of interGlobe Networks,
Inc., Seattle, Washington. The Company developed an unsurpassed
reputation for delivering high-quality solutions in network integration,
security, high-bandwidth Internet connectivity, and network software
development. Significant clients included Cisco, HP, CompuServe,
Starbucks, Amazon.com, Eddie Bauer, Nordstrom, Apple, Alaska Airlines,
and Real Networks. This highly successful and profitable Internet
consulting firm was eventually sold to AUGI and eGlobe, Inc.
From
1993 to 1996 Artour was instrumental in the development of network
and distributed computing for the University of Washington,
Seattle and NorthWestNet. He managed the development of
the University’s Internet under the National Science Foundation
that grew from a single location to supporting universities and
colleges in five northwestern states.
Mr.
Baganov holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of
Washington, Seattle, WA – 1994 as well as a MS in Engineering
from Kalinin Polytechnical Institute, Kalinin, Russia – 1988.

Mitchell
B. London is Chairman, CEO and President of Venture Foundry, Inc.,
Mr. London has more than ten years of experience managing high-growth
technology businesses. Mr. London is also a former Microsoft employee,
who had played a key role in the early development of its Windows
operating environment.
Mr.
London was founder and CEO of ConnectSoft Inc., a multi-divisional
firm established in 1988 and based in Bellevue, Washington. Mr.
London negotiated several financings and multi-million dollar business
transactions. Mr. London spearheaded many innovative technologies,
business practices, and marketing ventures, and has one US Patent
to his credit.
In
August, 1996 Mr. London effected sale of this prominent telecommunication
software company to New York-based American United Global, Inc.
(NASDAQ: AUGI) in a transaction valued at more than twenty million
dollars.
In
the spring of 1999, Mr. London resolved to harness his business
development, management, and entrepreneurial skills in the operation
of a venture incubator, ultimately leading to formation of the Venture
Foundry and its portfolio of companies.
Mr.
London is an original member of the Seattle Alliance of Angels (an
accredited investor forum).
Education:
Mr. London earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer
Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (1987).

Richard
Saville manages all Venture Foundry concept-stage engineering projects.
Mr
Saville is a senior software engineer and software development manager.
He brings more than 20 years of experience, encompassing implementation
and/or management of a wide variety of software systems.Most recently,
Mr. Saville worked as senior web developer for Wizards of the Coast,
where he helped to develop and manage a web based system which is
used to orchestrate tournaments, matches, and ratings for approximately
half a million players worldwide.
From
1996 to 1998 Mr. Saville worked for Microsoft Corporation as their
Program Manager for Internet Technologies - Service Readiness.
From
1994 - 1995 Mr. Saville was a Senior Consultant working for Microsoft
Consulting Services from its Oakbrook Illinois center, where he
assisted several enterprise level customers to complete large software
design and architecture projects.
For
more than ten years, prior to his work with Microsoft, Mr. Saville
was an independent software development consultant who assisted
numerous clients with complex PC, Client/Server, and telecommunication-related
applications. Mr. Saville also has extensive expererience creating
real-time financial market information and trading systems. His
career as a software engineer and manager began in the late 70s
and early 80s, working for Paine Weber, Securities Data, and the
Chicago Board Options Exchange implementing various systems to improve
floor trading.
Education:
Mr. Saville earned a B.S. in Engineering Science from Notre Dame
University (1974).

Sidney
Kent is Executive Director of the Aliyance Group focusing on Sales
and Marketing. Most recently Mr. Kent headed up an Internet, E-Commerce
Practice for Herrick Douglass Technology Development with responsibility
for both business development and delivery.
From
1995 - 1999 Mr. Kent was with the Enterprise Consulting Division
of BEST Consulting. As Director of the Internet, Application Development
and System Integration Division, he had P & L responsibility
for a multi million dollar consulting practice.
From
1987 to 1994 Mr. Kent was employed by Raima Corporation, a company
that develops database software for C programmers. Mr. Kent was
Director of International Sales with responsibility for opening
and managing subsidiaries and resellers worldwide. Previously he
was National Sales Manager with responsibility for managing sales
in the U.S. and Canada.
For
the previous 15 years, Mr. Kent was President of his own consulting
firm, was head of manufacturing for two $30 million divisions in
the apparel industry, and began his career as an Industrial Engineer.
Mr.
Kent has a BA in Economics and a BS in Systems Engineering from
the University of Pennsylvania. He studied Industrial Engineering
at F.I.T in New York.
